A little better, together.

Changes to the Jellyn website.

Application forms, rebuilt, and saving without save buttons

Applications are built like a form editor now: short and long answers, multiple choice, checkboxes, dropdowns, linear scales, ratings, grids, dates and times, and Discord and Roblox questions that fill themselves in from the applicant’s own accounts (a Roblox answer typed by hand shows as not verified). A question can show only after a certain answer, like “Do you have experience?” then “What experience?”, and sections split a form into pages with a progress bar. Each form gets its own colour, background, fonts and banner, follows the reader’s light or dark mode, and can be previewed. Publishing options set when a form closes, how many applications it takes and who may apply; applicants can get a copy of their answers by Discord DM and change their application while it waits. Responses have Summary, Question and Individual views. Settings pages save from a bar at the bottom that appears when something changes, and Jellyn asks before you leave with changes unsaved. Deleting something waits a few seconds with Undo. The punishment form’s Roblox username searches players, with the ones just teleported in game on top; vehicle rules pick from ER:LC’s vehicles; the Activity page shows a tick or a cross for the weekly requirement; and sign-in codes go into six boxes.

A new look for Jellyn

The whole website has a calmer, warmer design with Lucide icons, and it adapts to your screen, from phones to big monitors. The moderator panel fits your window: its lists scroll inside their cards, a light at the top right shows the connection and its latency, and staff on shift appear as their Discord avatars under your shift time. Click one to see them big; management can open their statistics and account from there. Faces everywhere show Discord avatars. Notifications have a menu to mark one as read or delete it, and read ones leave the list. Save your Jellyn update roles without waiting: they are sent two seconds after your last click. You can sign in with your Discord ID from the sign-in page, and the notepad is gone.

Priority requests, update roles, and staying signed in

Priority requests work now: players ask on Jellyn before a big scene, staff approve or deny in the moderator panel or on the Discord card, and approving can start the in-game priority timer. Servers turn them on and choose the kinds, the wait between priorities and the channel on the Sessions page; /priority shows whether you can ask. On the Notifications page, pick the Jellyn updates you want (Change-Log, Jellyn Lab Updates, Product Updates, Infrastructure, News) and get those roles in the Jellyn Discord server. Servers can post a verification message in a channel of their choice and turn automatic verification on or off. Your playtime range is a menu now, and you stay signed in when Jellyn is updated.

Manage your ER:LC server, verification, and more pages

On the ER:LC page, management can pick an in-game admin, moderator or helper to change their rank, remove their permissions, kick, ban or message them, and unban players one by one. Unbanning everyone at once is for the server owner and the people and roles they choose. The new Vehicles page has a livery checker (your server’s own liveries or ER:LC’s), and vehicle rules: banned vehicles, or vehicles only some Discord roles may drive, which Jellyn enforces in game. Members can now verify with Roblox sign-in; servers that turn verification on get their nickname set to their Roblox name and a verified role, and /verify updates it. New pages: Activity (time on shift, the weekly requirement, ending someone’s shift, and time in game), Resources (handbooks and links, also on your dashboard), and Discord (whether Jellyn can post in each channel, and all its commands). Leave has a history per staff member, your Playtime page shows your time in game, select menus and role pickers are easier to use, and links that lead nowhere get a friendly page.

Your records, and applications

Your profile now shows only your own records, in tabs, and nothing on it can be changed: infractions on your staff record, punishments logged against your Roblox account, your applications and their status, your leave, and join requests waiting for management. Link your Roblox account in Account settings by putting a few words from Jellyn in your Roblox profile; your personal details moved there too. Servers can now build application forms on the new Applications page, share their link (or use /apply in Discord), and accept or deny what comes in with a note. Applicants get a Discord DM with the decision. If you open a private link while signed out, signing in now takes you back to it.

Sessions, automations and reminders

With your ER:LC server linked, the Jellyn bot looks at it about once a minute. Each server card on your dashboard shows how many players are in game and a chart of unique players this week. The new Sessions page (and /session in Discord) opens a poll, starts the session with a ping and shuts it down, with player, mod call and command analytics over 24 hours to 90 days. Automations (under ER:LC) act by themselves: ban a player who rejoins within minutes of a kick, or alert your punishment log when a BOLO player joins, someone with many punishments joins, or someone goes on a kill spree. Reminders & actions runs sets of in-game commands from the moderator panel or on a schedule. Management can also set staff rules (bans for management only, commands for management only, logging only on shift, a limit on staff on shift, a weekly time requirement) and leave rules (shortest and longest leave, a wait between leaves, no shifts during leave), and filter the audit log by kind and by person.

Your ER:LC server, live in Jellyn

Admins can link their ER:LC private server with its API key on the new ER:LC page (keys are encrypted and never shown again). The moderator panel then shows who is in game, mixes joins, kills, commands, mod calls and emergency calls into “What’s happening”, suggests in-game names when you log a punishment, and lets staff run commands as Virtual Server Management. Management also sees the server’s in-game staff and bans.

Every server gets its own dashboard

Management (the server owner, admins and management roles) get a dashboard with a sidebar: General, where admins change staff and management roles and log channels, Staff with everyone’s last 7 days, Infractions, Punishment logs, Leave of absence and the Audit log. Every staff member gets the moderator panel: start, pause and end your shift, see your week and who is on shift, log punishments next to the server’s punishment log, follow what is happening, and open your leave and infractions from a toolbox you can arrange. Shifts and settings changed on the website are posted in Discord by the bot.

26 SEPTEMBER 2026

A dashboard for your servers

The dashboard now lists every server where you are on the Jellyn staff team, with its Discord icon, banner and member count, and shortcuts to its infractions, punishment logs and leave of absence. Leave requests still waiting for review are listed underneath. Your private notes have moved to the Notepad.

26 SEPTEMBER 2026

Your staff records, connected to Discord

Infractions, punishment logs, and leave of absence now use the same records as the Jellyn bot. Staff can request leave and log punishments on the website; management can issue and revoke infractions, void cases, and approve or deny leave. Changes made here are posted in Discord by the bot.
