Jellyn is a set of tools for Discord servers and Roblox roleplay communities, run by the Jellyn team. Jellyn is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord or Roblox, and their own terms apply to you as well.
You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for your account and for what happens through it. Keep your sign-in codes and recovery codes to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has your account.
A server owner and the staff they give access to are responsible for how Jellyn is used in that server: its records, punishments, applications and the people in it. Use Jellyn in line with Discord’s and Roblox’s rules, and with the rules of your own community.
Some features need a plan, as shown on the plans page. A plan runs for the period it was bought for and ends when that period does, unless it is renewed. Prices and taxes are shown before you pay. Payments are taken by our payment provider, not by Jellyn itself.
Do not harass people, post illegal content, or use Jellyn to break Discord’s or Roblox’s rules. Do not try to get past limits or access controls, scrape the service, or interfere with other people’s use of it. Do not use Jellyn to make false records, reviews or applications.
You keep ownership of what you write and upload, such as records, notes, applications and files. You let Jellyn store and show it to the people you choose, and to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to upload it.
Jellyn uses services run by others: Discord, Roblox, Google Fonts, ipwho.is for the approximate location in sign-in messages, and, where a server owner turns it on, an outside service that checks written answers for AI-written text. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Features are added, changed and sometimes taken away. We will tell you about significant changes in Jellyn notifications and in the change log.
You can stop using Jellyn and delete your account in your account settings. We may suspend or end access for people who break these terms, and turn off a server that is used against them.
Jellyn is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. As far as the law allows, Jellyn is not liable for losses that come from using it, beyond what you paid for the plan in the last twelve months.
How Jellyn handles your information is in Privacy & data. These terms and that page go together.
If something here is unclear, ask the Jellyn team in the Jellyn Discord server.
